6th day

mmm, goodluck for the A levels dude, hope u'll get into a course of your choice in Uni

i always thought that slacking in the hostel was the best thing to do
it's appears to be the worst and most boring "favourite pastime"
so first thing at 8.30am in the morning, i went to the lab
it's takes about 15mins to walk to the lab, morning walk, i'll call it
my senior was away when i reached the lab, as he was away using a cool machine
the SEM (scanning electron microscope), i always imaged it as a cool machine, super high tech
i didn't know where my senior was, so i stayed in the lab looking at the other senior doing their experiment
it's was fun , just looking at what they're doing
so slacking in the lab seem not a bad idea too
we had lunch and went back to the lab for 'spring cleaning'
haha
so we cleared up some stuff in the lab
i was very happy to be cleaning the microscope, wasn't that happy when cleaning the window
after that they allow us to go back to hostel
in the night, after dinner, my partner need to head back to the lab to do his experiment
it's quite cool in the night
quite scary too
like silent hill
so after that i went back to hostel
and blog, like now.
so i will await another two person from NP to arrive tomorrow
they'll free me from my boredom

5th day

in fact today was the same as yesterday
i went to the lab and the senior, lijian explain the research i'll be doing
so i got a full view or rather idea of it
it's a short process rather but it was cool
if the whole reaction would occur successfully, it'll still take 8 to 10 days to have the final product
so i stayed in the hostel to sum up my report
then pack dinner from a stall just nearby (as in 20 steps away) of the hostel
then kinda slack till the night
i hope that i'll be able to start the project by tomorrow

4th day

okay there isn't much new happenings today
just the same old cold streets and weather
first thing in the morning we went to the labs
the lab is not as advance as np's lab, but it's good enough
i'll try to take pictures of the lab the very next time
so after that we were asking to go back to our hostel to complete our report
at that time i was about 11am, it's so early!!!
i went back to take a nap, then did a bit of report.
boring,
the worst thing about in a cold country is about bathing
after bathing, the cold air just surrounds you and it's really very darn cold, very
that all for today, it's the 4th day only and everything seems repetitive
haha

3rd day ~back from dinner

we went to the same place for dinner

i had rou si egg mee

and the dumpling thingy

after that, Richong thought of of buying some fruits

so we went around to look

then we went to a stall which sell strawberries

it's damn cheap, for one liang it's 6RMB (1.40SGD)

3rd day

we went to get modem today
ya we need to get our own modem and buy a internet card to get online
sucks
modem was about 100RMB (SGD 23) and the card is 80RMB (SGD 18)
after that we went to buy a like Lunch Card
there school canteen is card operated
so we bought a card at 100RMB with a value of 85RMB
so till now at 3.32pm we're left to slack in our hostel

2nd day

i woke up at 8.30
my life is sooo boring

anyway i went to have wonton mee for breakfast
it only cost 4RMB which is SGD less than a doller
and it's freaking good
then we went to a shopping mall, and i got a inner wear for about 60 plus RMB
after that we walked thru the very windy and cold streets to an electrical app. mall
i haven't check out the PSP memory card but we got a transformer
cause china's plug is different from singapore
i haven't got internet yet, it must wait a few days before i get a modem
and their usage of chinese is 100%
and i almost stunner on every sentence when i talk to them
my chinese really sucks

for lunch we had steamboat for 3 persons and it cost about 78RMB
haha and it was not bad
and we need to get washing machine card too
haha
haven't start washing tho
so at 4pm we went back to the hostel and i think we can slack away already
and ya i took quite a bit of picture i will load it up here when i get internet in my room
